I would like to share one Option sharing strategy with all of you.

How to trade in Options with a Gap up opening ?
When you are sure that It will be a gap up opening next day, then following directions might help you to gain more profits.

Scenario: If you are sure that Markets will test a gap up opening and at the same time, It is very unlikely to certain that gap up opening levels, in that case
Action - One can short At The Money CALL options and wait for a day or two to cover your positions at lower levels. 2 Points to note here. First thing is that, When markets surged a lot, the CALL premiums will be high and after a second half of the day or the next trading day, If markets in a consolidate mood, even though the index value stays in a very narrow range, the CALL option premium will be killed surprisingly day after day.

How to implement this in Live Markets ?
Caution -
>> Don't directly jump onto markets and implement this strategy just after reading my post.
>> First understand it well. Read it again.
>> Google it and find out more.
>> Apply this strategy and observe the premium changes in the CALL options in the markets.
>> Do the paper trading atleast for 2-3 times.
>> And then jump on to live markets and implement this strategy with your own analysis and bag the profits.

What are the other events to watch out for ?

Holding 10 lots of 6100 PE @ 25 level. Just placed a SELL order for all 10 lots @ 26.10 level this morning. Wednesday and Thurdsday, I will be travelling fully and can't be online and even reach my broker to place the orders...

What do you suggest !!!
