I am truly surprised at why the SEBI, RBI and the Ministry of Finance is doing nothing about the Hedge Funds that are fuelling this liquidity and US carry trade driven asset bubble. I will not be surprised if the US finds ways and means to prevent fiscal stimulus money to travel to risky asset classes. In fact the SEBI, RBI and the Ministry of Finance also need to commence putting in mechanism to counter the flow of Hedge Fund Moneys to avoid a disastrous crash in the market at some point in time, (and that is bound to happen in a month or two,) thereby resulting in a prolonged recovery with retail investors becoming wary and corporate IPO starved of the ability to raise funds. Slow and steady is a better way to go rather than fast and become a bucket case.
