Hi friend, Welcome. Actually, assuming you entered the put option today at Rs. 110/-. The brokerage is Rs. 100/- (buying&selling). When the option price is Rs. 112/- your brokerage is covered as Rs.1/- increase in option rate increases your profit by Rs. 50/-. When you covered at Rs. 130/- you would have earned 20*50=1000 profit wherefrom you will be paying Rs. 100/- brokerage. Net profit will be Rs. 900/-.
