JHS Svendgaard Laboratories has zoomed 14% at Rs 73 after the company said it will issue equity shares to venture capitals (VCs) on a preferential basis.
The board of directors of the company will meet on March 12, 2011 to consider the issue of equity shares of the company to foreign venture capital investor (FVCI) on a preferential basis on such other terms and conditions as the board may in its absolute discretion decide, the personal products company said in a filing to the stock exchanges.!
How this news can effect the stock tomorrow or in short term..Today it was up freeze.
How this stock is fundamentally..

Hi Aman, the company has huge debts, the notice says the company is planning to raise money and the stock seemed to have reacted to it, dont enter for Short/Mid term
