NEWS ON JASCH INDUSTRIES.... ONE OF THE FUNDAMENTAL COMPANY GIVEN BY CB
Jasch Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have set up a wholly owned subsidiary (with the name "Jasch North America Co.") in the United States for acquisition of 100% shares of an existing US Company (INDEV Gauging Systems Inc.) in accordance with "Automatic Route" permitted by Reserve Bank of India.
The entire consideration amount has been made available by the Company to our aforesaid subsidiary on December 07, 2011 and the whole process of actual acquisition is expected to be completed before December 31, 2011.

Hi Ravi, 4847 is the strongest support for today and Nifty took support there and turned around. One can initiate buy at current levels with strict SL 4847. Nifty may make or break this level in the afternoon, once the European market opens.

Euro crisis: Summit abandons EU-wide treaty change Attempts to rescue the euzo will focus on a deal among the 17 nations that use the single currency, French President Nicolas Sarkozy has said.
Speaking after all-night talks at an EU summit in Brussels, he said the eurozone bloc set a March deadline to approve an inter-governmental treaty.
France and Germany had wanted all 27 members to back treaty changes on tough budget rules to solve the debt crisis.
But Britain sought concessions that Berlin and Paris did not accept.

Hi RAMESHB, We should continue...to hold....
As after Suggestion by CB Jasch Industries has already paid dividend of 10% i.e Rs.1 per share.....
If u invest in FD then also it is taxable n rate is 8 to 9% ... n here u will get dividend plus appericaition also in share value.....
From my point of view.... RIL,TATA n all other large copmany has already performed well n given returns now they are old.... we should give time to other gud fundamental comapny....which can give us the return like RIL, TATA has given during their starting period....

Hi KK,
short term moving averages, 20 DMA have all been broken.. opening below 4900.... bearish again... last will be taking days low out. enter 50% now and 50% when days low's taken out. target - nifty down by 150 so about 4800ish.... book dont carry.. re-evaluate what trade to do on Monday.

GM, it seems nifty is in no trade zone. I think its very difficult to anticipate the next move till the european markets opens..
