Ground realities have not improved. A study states that several hundred banks are set to fail in the US next year, which means more of 2007 to repeat. Simply offloading stake and bringing in more money wont help until there is power to purchase flats by end users. Ultimately export sector industry people are the major buyers of flats and the rest you can extrapolate....
