Hi TradeWarrior,
Can I short Coal India instead...I mean the 400 PE is at 13 now for it to go to 16 it will have to come to around 405 levels or so right?
So if one shorts instead of a PE one can make 8 X 1000 instead of 3 X 1000...or did i calculate something wrongly here?

Or instead of buying a PE...doesnt it make more sense to sell a 400/405 CE...that way one may also benefit from time decay as well...

Hi DS, Ur correct however, as i said its for short term, if you short in equity can you hold for short term ??
And also do not short 1000 in equity the investment will be huge and risk will be large.
trade is small quantities in this market.
