dont immorlise to meet s/l in trade its a safer way.in momentum try to buy in small quqntity like 50-70 shares of acc, ster, grsim ,LT @ cmp & try to sold them 2-3 rs above.by trading in small quantity & small trgt u may gain some & will restore u r confidence
