Hi Kb, yes, its not fixed if they will announce it or not. but if you hold the stock in ur demat account before the dividend is declared then you will get it

Hi raja m,

hmm.. price of 1 debenture 80 Rs
converted in 2 Eq share of 10 Rs (at premium of 30 RS )
Now equity share trading at 34 .. that means .. will get only 68 rupee for 1 debenture..
rite or wrong ??
