Hi suzane,
Consolidation > A continued upward or downward trend, within a narrow range, of share prices of a company, or in general, indicating an imminent breakout in the same direction.

Hi Gitanjali, :)
Hi dd, maybe.. its a cycle.. as of now its more of a waiting game.. maybe a small bubble burst is on its way
Hi Kb, sure. saw ur email.. shall look into it
Hi suzane, not really sure where we would get that. shall look into it. my broker too is unaware of how to convert physical.. guess you will need to go to a lawyer.. KB is right, quite a few technical indicators help indicate that..

A Debenture is a debt security issued by a company (called the Issuer), which offers to pay interest in lieu of the money borrowed for a certain period.
Debenture when issued are of two types convertible and non convertible.
* non convertible > you will get annual interest and after the expiry of the term will get back your principle amount.
* convertible debenture > you will be getting interest as per term of the issue and at the time of expiry will be issued equity shares of the company.
The fully convertible debentures carry interest rates lower than the normal rate on non-convertible debentures. They may even have a zero rate of interest.
