Hi sekhar, its relating the PE of sensex with past crashes markets have seen. whenever sensex nears PE of 24, markets have seen a good correction.. as of now PE of sensex is near 23. it does not say we will see one, only a demonstration of whats happened in the past and could repeat in the future..
