Good Morning.

Yesterday's nifty rally, is it shorcovering or will it sustain.

I am trading in options for sometime and noted that if nifty moves 20 points up the the corresponding call option moves up only a few options. Does it has anything to do with in the money call or out the money.

If i want the call to move up equally what call should I go for (In the money) ?

Further please advice can I buy nifty put option today.

Hi Arun Kumar, Good morning.. for good movements go lower calls. if nifty is moving to 5100 then rather than 5100 go with a 5000 call since it will tend to be more active and will move more. same with puts
