I bought NUFTY PE 6100 @ 100 when nifty was around 6260. Now nifty is almost 150 points down, still my PE is below 100. Y this. And can you please explain how these PE / CA prisinf are done.

Thanks cb..have some doubt..i sold some jubilant food shares at 535 first and bought them back @ 530 like my broker said..he said if we sell first we've to buy it in the same day..what if we don't ?

He said..if we're think that the share has reached his high for today..sell it first and buy at a lower rate on the same day..what is this called..know its a bit risky..

Hi Rahul, in that case the stock will go for auction on the 3rd day. will be bought at whatever rate the stock is trading on the 3rd day. also broker usually charges 20% of total amt as penalty. you can short a stock and hold for short term only in futures.
