Mcx (india) vs. SEBI
In 2010
MCX (INDIA) issued shares thru private placement to many financial instt. With shareholders agreement having right of tag along ( means when mcx offloads it will tag along private players with it.) and drag along (means when private players want to offload can drag along mcx india)..
SEBI WAS AGAINST THIS said it will bring manipulation in stock price..
HIGH COURT SUPPORTED MCX I dnno with wat reason
SEBI filed SLP to supreme court..
but before any proceeding begin..both sides joined hand...
Many more prob these co.s fintech n mcx...
SEE THE RESULT TODAY..JIG SHAH ARRESTED..STOCK broke down.
