Hi Kartik & friends, I had bad experience with India Infoline today.. I was short on my position , and it was going fine.. and due to some small upside i was in 1-2K loss, but I was sure , market wl come down again, and there was 20K in my account.. and market and the stock came down as well.. but to my surprise RM called me , that risk department has squared off trade, sensing loss.. i.e. booked the loss.. this was done without asking me, i.e. w/o client permission.. me and my RM were doing same trade many times in past few days for similar 20-30K balance.. and why suddenly today they felt Risk ?? I find this suspicious, and I could have made 4-5K if they wont hv squared of that level .. Please help me , whom can I approach to complain against my broker ? should I take to SEBI , or is there any other channel
