देश मे फिर से आपातकाल की गुप-चुप तैयारी तो नहीं चल रही ! जी हाँ ..संचार मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल पिछले तीन महीने से गूगल ,माइक्रोसॉफ्ट, फेसबुक, ट्विटर जैसेसोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट्स के अधिकारियों के साथ अब तक 10 बार बैठकें कर चुके है | सोस्शल साइट्स के उपर दबाव डाला जा रहा है कि जिस भी फेसबुक अकाउट से कांग्रेस , सोनिया और मनमोहन के खिलाफ बाते लिखी जा रही है उन एकाउंटस को तुरंत बंद कर दिये जाये …
इतना ही नहीं कांग्रेस सरकार चाहती है कि जब भी कोई ट्विट या फेसबुक पर कोई पोस्ट या कमेन्ट डाले तो पहले कंपनिया ये देखे कि वो कांग्रेस , सोनिया या मनमोहन के खिलाफ ना हों ..
दरअसल जब बढते दबाव से तंग आकर इन सब कम्पनीयों के लोगो ने अमेरिकी प्रशासन और बराक ओबामा से भारत सरकार की शिकायत की और फिर अमेरिका ने भारत के राजदूत को बुलाकर अपना कड़ा विरोध जताया तब कहीं जाकर ये ख़बरें बाहर हो पाई | हालाँकि न्यू मीडिया पर नजर रखने वाले कई विश्लेषक काफी पहले से अंदाजा लगा रहे थे कि आने वाले दिनों में सरकारी रेगुलेशन जरुर आएगा |
लेकिन संसार के सबसे बड़े लोकतान्त्रिक देश में रेगुलेशन के नाम पर सत्ताधारी नेताओं से सम्बंधित पोस्ट और कम्युनिटीज की स्केनिंग की बात कहाँ तक जायज है ? .
क्या जनता अपनी भावनायो को भी व्यक्त नहीं कर सकते ? अगर ऐसे ही लिखने –बोलने की पाबन्दी से जुड़े रेगुलेशन आते रहे तब तो आम लोग केवल जूते और थप्पड़ से ही सरकार और कांग्रेस के प्रति अपना गुस्सा व्यक्त कर सकेगा ?
अपने काले कारनामो पर लगाम नहीं लगाने के बजाय प्रतिक्रिया को ही बंद करने की साजिश हो रही है |
दरअसल फेसबुक पर वर्तमान सरकार के ब्रश्ताचार और शासन में बैठी कांग्रेस के खिलाफ जबरदस्त गुस्सा छाया हुआ है | यही चीज कांग्रेस को परेशान कर रही है |
मैनस्ट्रीम मीडिया को मैनेज करके तो कई खबरे आने से रुक जाती है लेकिन उसकी सबसे बड़ी दिक्कत ये है कि सोसल साइट्स पर ऐसी गोपनीय ख़बरें भी ब्रेक हो रही है | और जब न्यू मीडिया [वेब पोर्टल , सोसल साइट्स ] मे कोई खबर फ़ैल जाती है तो फिर मजबूरी में कुछ चैनेल या अखबारों को भी खबर दिखानी पड़ती है |

हालाँकि दिन भर फेसबुक ,गूगल और याहू के अधिकारीयों से सिब्बल की मुलाकात की खबर मीडिया में छाई रही और सोशल साइट्स पर भी जमकर विरोध हुआ | ऐसे में मामले को घुमाते हुए सिब्बल ने संवाददाताओं से बातचीत में कहा कि सोसल साइट्स पर पोस्ट की जाने वाली कुछ सामग्रियों से देश में एक बड़े समुदाय की भावना आहत हो सकती है। उन्होंने कहा, “साइट पर पोस्ट की जाने वाली सामग्रियों से बहुत से समुदायों की धार्मिक भावना और गणमान्य लोगों के सम्मान को ठेस पहुंच रही है।”
जबकि हकीकत ये है कि सिब्बल की परेशानी का सबब लोगो की धार्मिक भावनाये नहीं बल्कि मनमोहन –सोनिया –राहुल तीनो के खिलाफ हो रहा फेसबुक प्रचार है | और सिब्बल की बैठक का असर भी दिखने लगा है | कुछ घंटों के भीतर ही फेसबुक पर कांग्रेस के खिलाफ मौजूद सबसे बड़े पेज /कम्युनिटी को डिलीट कर दिया गया है |
