The overall view has turned negative, say dealers. The Nifty has a target of 4700 by June end, it adds. The 50-scrip index is currently at 5041.05, down 94.45 points from its previous close - Bloomberg

Hi Ram M, Hmmm... In my view, the overall view of Nifty is positive. Nifty has strong supports at 5003, 4910 and 4825 levels and slight resistance at 5044 and 5075 levels. The RSI & Stochastics are in the positive direction. Today's recovery shows positive signs and the 15-day CCI Indicator which turned positive on 28th May still remains positive due to today's recovery. A close above 5075 will generate a Shamu pattern on the 30-day CCI indicator indicating a uptrend and strong uptrend above 5101 levels. In my view, Nifty may remain range bound between 5010 and 5100 levels for a few days before making a move in either direction (more likely to be positive). Moreover globals cues need to be seen too which may factor unlikely moves.
Well that's my view and as such I exited all my shorts today near 5005-5010 levels.
Let's see what Cb / Kartik has to say about it. :).
