Banking stocks coming down to the 575 level, is less probable unless some negative news flows in, All banking stocks are moving up indicating bullishness in Banking Sector.. If you are ready to take losses you can hold till 640. If it comes down from current levels , better to square of and cut the losses. Banking stocks may surge for couple of more days

nifty showing its strength, I poersonally feel it will test 6400 levels today. Nifty makes fresh highs on daily basis. Unless we see a close below the previous days close, trend will not be reversed. Trend is still BULLISH. Try to exit PUTS and see for opportunity to enter lower levels.

BANK NIFTY is leading the rally for the past 3 days. It has breached the high of 11200 that made on Jan 22, 2014.
Surprisingly IT & Pharma are silent and watching the game from the pavillion.

Hi santosh, GE. I believe rsi divergence does not play a very major role in indian markets. And as far as reverse divergence goes, its very difficult to find in indian stocks, though I must say, I have not scanned all stocks. Its a very time consuming task :)
