Obama win may help bonds But Romney victory could support stock market::
With less than two full days remaining until Tuesday’s election, the race is too close to call. But analysts and some investors believe that the stock market would do better in the short term if Romney is elected (notwithstanding the market’s better historic performance when Democrats are in office).
Recent surveys suggest institutional investors believe that an Obama win would favor bonds, a Romney win, stocks.
In the event of an Obama win, look for investors to pour money into bonds. An Obama victory would send yields on U.S. 10-year Treasurys to 1.5% or lower from about 1.7% now, Barclays analysts wrote, as worries related to the “fiscal cliff” pick up. If Romney wins, some observers believe it’s more likely that the fiscal cliff — expiring Bush-era tax cuts and automatic spending cuts would be temporarily extended.
In the event of a Romney victory, yields on the 10-year Treasury should rise to 2% “on [the] perception of a relatively hawkish Fed,” the Barclays analysts said. The former Massachusetts governor has been a critic of the Fed’s quantitative easing policy, and has said he would replace current Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke.

Hi amit, :) Yes, me too and Romney is a successful business man and he will definitely fix the economy of US, if he wins.. This time there is even chance for tie also as the hopes are edging narrow from both sides but "if I was American citizen, I would have voted for Romney..."
