Hi CB,
I had bought 3 lots of RELINFRA Future at 565. Now the Stock is at 545.
As per your suggestion I had bought 2000 RELINFRA 520 PE at 15 when the stock was at 545. Now it is 14.10.
In both cases if the stock will go up or down, I will face loss only.
Can you please suggest me the logic behind the Hedge. In both cases I will suffer the loss.
Looking forward your immediate help on the same.
