You will have to wait for the shares to be credited to your Dmat AC to sell them. I'm not sure why exactly these are kept in Trade to Trade, But I have seen few where they was more volatile moment and NSE suspected that Operators were playing in large volumes of the shares. The Best Example I can give is Akruti which was moved to T to T.
As mentioned in my previous post if you buy and sell the same day , Your selling will be considered as Naked short(Selling with shares in Dmat ac). You can only sell the one you bought today after your get them into your account.

Onmobile has been in Long Downtrend. Any possibility of bounce back to 550+ levels?
