Military action on Syria is not yet finalised, and is in talks. US is also in talks with other countries on this matter. So Crude oil is volatile and sees a corection today. Would again go up once US announces to action on Syria. Need to be cautious.

New commitee to work on New Bank licenses in Jan 2014
New Commintte to work on better monetary policy to stabilize finanacial status.
Also curbs foreign reserves
couple of other actions to stop rupee fall.

With all these news, Markets are ralleying and may touch recent highs.

Markets will be much volatile in September month. Good opportunity for traders, but need to play cautious.
