Is there any way to determine that Strong hands have written options. Why can't we consider that it is actual buying in expectation that the market will go down?

Hi MS, Strong hands do not buy ITM or ATM options simply for the fact that options lose value with time. They would prefer to go with futures. Writing Options on the other hand gives the advantage of time which is more preferred. Strong hands only buy far OTM options during very volatile markets and multiply their gains 50 to 100 times.
