Aditya Birla Group denies stake sale plans in Idea Cellular
Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla ,Aditya Birla Group has reportedly denied plans to sell stake in Idea Cellular.Earlier, reports stated that Idea Cellular's controlling shareholder was considering selling its stake and had held talks with potential buyers, including South Africa's MTN Group.
There are reports that Idea's focus was on the Indian market and the company had no intent to explore overseas operations

Dabur, Emami opt out of race to acquire stake in Henkel India:
Dabur and Emami has reportedly said that it has opted out of the race to acquire controlling stake in the Henkel India.Jyothy Laboratories is likely the frontrunner for Henkel India.There are reports that the bidding process will be finalised by Tuesday.
Jyothy Laboratories acquired a 14.9% stake in Henkel from Tamil Nadu Petro Products.

Shares of United Phosphorus Ltd (UPL) have gone down 1% after the company , through its subsidiary has purchased 50% stake in Sipcam Isagro Brasil SA earlier held by Isargo S.p.a., the Italian group.
The stock is currently trading at Rs. 149, down Rs2. The stock has hit a high of Rs. 152 and a low of Rs. 148.
Total traded quantity on the counter stood at over 0.36 lakh shares.

Shares of Gravita India have gone up 6% after reports stated that its subsidiary Gravita Exim , has acquired 60% stake in K.M.Udyog, Jammu.
The stock is currently trading at Rs. 425, up Rs22.90. The stock has hit a high of Rs. 428 and a low of Rs. 404.
Total traded quantity on the counter stood at over 8.94 lakh shares
