Hi shiva, Here is small view on that.. Confirm/ chek with other sources * Just take the concept only not the figures :D
Tax on Short term trade profit > 15 % (i guess)
Day trading > 30 %
Both are applicable only if your share trading + other incomes exceeds that lower limit ( 1,80,000- i guess)
And need to conduct tax audit if total buy & sell turnover exceeds 40 Lakhs ..
Short term losses adjusted to short term profits alone
And Speculation(day trade) losses adjusted to Speculation profit alone
case 1. >day trade profit 3 lakhs & day trade loss 2 lakh > no tax
> day trade profit 1 lakhs & day trade loss 2 lakh > no tax and that balance 1 lakh loss can be carried up to next 8 years to balance with another profit
> day trade profit 4 lakhs & day trade loss 1 lakh > tax for 3 lakhs
Same applicable to Short term ....... And need to collect the dp / trading statement from broker ... ............. Confirm With An expert :)

Dear CB,
What you'll advice for one who own bajaj Hindustan shares??
Any recovery possible in this? Where this downfall is going to end? Or Is this a good chance to get in to this? Kindly advice. Thanks.

Hi cvrprakash, technically it looks weak. don't enter it yet. could correct further. if already holding, its a hold. don't add more of it yet. fundamentally its a sound company. over a period of time will recover.

In this Sector which one you prefer to buy for investment. Bajaj Hind or Renuka Sugars?

Hi CB, Good Morning :)
Hi shiva, I donn know about that ....... :DDDD ..
there will be tax if your profits exceeds lower limit ( not sure weather there is any discount in long term holding). every trader pays tax ie stt (not income tax, it's transaction tax) , and it can be balanced with final annual tax (if applicable) . *confirm with experts.
and tax dept can get every information .. just that pan number is needed :DDDD
and there are ways to reduce tax i guess.. insurance/loans/donations like that *double confirm with experts.

Good Morning CB,
Havells looking over bought. If some one holding it, you advice to book it now or wait for more upside?
Please give me any CA/PA with high risk high return. I can risk 2K-3K. Please provide me.
