Dear CB,
Sadly i dont share your views on the real estate sector. After the RBI intervention wherein ppl have to chip in atleast 20% of the total cost of the flat coupled with such high cost of the flats, the real demand to buy houses will sadly go and only speculators and investors will remain in the real estate market.Ppl will sadly have to stay in rental houses for quite sometime now.
