Rbi has allowed Foreign institutions and investors to buy 74% of Bharti Aitel"s paid up capital. Can i get into the stock at opening bell even if it opens with a gap up, and what should be my target, considering this is one of the good stocks which hasn't participated at all in this huge bull run.
