Hi kp, try doing a google search.. shortselling means you first sell a stock..if the stock comes down you are in profit, if it goes higher you are in loss (only for intraday).. avg means if you have bought a stock at higher level and price of the stock comes down by 10-15% you buy some more of it to bring down your buy price
