NSE / BSE announced this news for HCL Info,
(HCL Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that the India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra) has revised HCL Infosystems Limiteds (HCLI) Long-Term Issuer Rating from IND+ to IND A and removed it from rating watch negative (RWN) the rating IND A denotes stable outlook)

CB sir, this is good news ya bad news for HCL info ?

One more thing I've been tracking Tata Elxsi from 700 lvl . I never saw any news coming to this stock but still this stock reached 1400 lvl in few weeks. How to find reason that drive such move ?
