मेरा मानना यही है कि बाजार अपनी मंदी (करेक्शन) के दौर को पूरा कर रहा है और अभी जो उछाल है दिख रही है, वह एक जाल है।
स्मार्ट मनी अब लोगों को पछाड़ने के तरीके खोज लेती है। लोग जिस दायरे की बात करने लग गये थे, स्मार्ट मनी बाजार को सीधे उस दायरे से बाहर ले जाती है। सीधे करीब 200 अंक की उछाल से खुलने पर आपकी पिछली रणनीति का कोई मतलब नहीं रह जाता है।
हाल में निफ्टी 5400 तक जाने के बाद 4640 तक गिरा यानी करीब 760 अंक की गिरावट आयी थी। इसकी आधी वापसी 5020 तक होती है और आज सुबह यह लगभग वहीं तक गया। इसलिए ऐसा लगता है कि यह उछाल भी लगभग पूरी हो गयी है। निफ्टी इससे ज्यादा-से-ज्यादा 50-100 अंक चढ़ पायेगा, उससे ज्यादा की उम्मीद नहीं होगी।
अभी बाजार की मंदी पूरी नहीं हो पायी है। इस साल निफ्टी 4000 और 6000 के बीच रहने की बात मैंने जनवरी में ही की थी। अभी 4000 कहाँ आया है? बाजार का निचला स्तर 4000 पर हो या 4100 या 4200 हो, इससे कोई बड़ा फर्क नहीं पड़ता। लेकिन इसे अपना सफर तो पूरा करना है। बाजार का रुख बदलने का मेरा सबसे बड़ा तकनीकी संकेतक यह है कि जब मैं हल्दीराम में खाना खाने जाऊँ और एक भी आदमी न पूछे कि बाजार कैसा लग रहा है, तब तक तलहटी नहीं बनती है।
जब तक आखिरी खरीदार भी अपना तौलिया फेंक कर बाजार से हट न जाये, तब तक बाजार नहीं पलटता। बाजार में अब तक उम्मीद है, लालच है। जब तक डर नहीं होगा, तब तक तलहटी नहीं बनेगी। लेकिन अब यह भी लग रहा है कि बाजार मंदी के दौर को पूरा करने की तरफ बढ़ रहा है। इस तरह की दोतरफा बेतरतीब हरकतें तभी होती हैं, जब बाजार कोई रुझान पूरा करके पलटने वाला होता है।
लेकिन अभी आप बिकवाली सौदे भी नहीं कर सकते, क्योंकि किसी को नहीं पता कि इस उछाल का शिखर बन गया या नहीं। अगर आप 50-100 अंक का जोखिम ले कर बिकवाली सौदे करें, तो भी जोखिम और लाभ का अनुपात जोखिम की तरफ झुका दिखता है।
आज का निचला स्तर जो भी बने, और बाजार कल उसके ऊपर टिका रहे तो आज के निचले स्तर को सहारा मान कर वहाँ खरीदारी की जा सकती है। लेकिन यह ध्यान रखना होगा कि कमजोर बाजार में खरीदारी सौदे करते समय काफी सावधानी बरतनी होगी।
