Pratibha Industries Ltd has announced that it has raised an amount of Rs50 crore by way of preferential allotment to Van Dyck ( a subsidiary of Chrys Capital V, LLC).
This amount comprises allotment of 38,04,348 equity shares at Rs92 per share for Rs35 crore and 16,30,435 compulsory convertible participative preference shares, convertible into common equity shares at a price of Rs. 92 per share for Rs. 15 crore.
