Unable to buy CALS Refineries on ICICI and I sent a message to them. The farce of a reply received from them is below:

Hi LP,Tough call buddy i doubt if it could be possible by all means in dec itself. There is a projection to 4600 level too. Sounds will be there either in Dec end/Jan beginning. Who knows how mkts react!!!
