    Hi SM, How do you guess ..a few ids? Can't help admiring !
    My grand father had this habit of buying up land wherever and as and when .. .. And a few of them , grand ma or my uncles /aunts and wd have not known [full details ]..Suddenly now , one party interested in buying a land ,have approached us for signatures ..The money is good and it is a land in a small town ,.good area .
    I am not sure whether to agree to sell or keep it ,say for a few more years .But then again am not sure , as it will be an extra responsibility..Except for one cousin rest of the 5 fly members prefer to sell..

    Hi cerulean, Yes. Give it time. When majority is for selling what can I say :) But, when you say the money is good the question comes, WHAT IS GOOD ??? GOOD MONEY is RELATIVE. RELATIVE TO TIME. The more time, the more GOOD is the money. Especially for land. But ultimately up to you people to decide :)

    Hi AV, Yes, but 103-105 upcoming resistance. Better not to make any fresh entries in it on the long side at this levels. Its a stock for not trading intraday but for mid to long term. Better give it some more time
