    Pls tell me how to calculate time value of nifty options? for eg, in the morning nifty went to 6310, that time 6300 pe was 100rs,closing time nifty index was 6300.
    that time 6300 pe was 90rs.why this pe price went down when nifty came down?
    instead of moving up nifty pe rate went down. how do we know that the time value of options? kindly tell me any softwares or any other methods to calculate nifty options price and time value?

    Even i saw d same thing . When nifty was at 6330 ...nifty 6200 pe was around 75 and near it closing when nifty was 6300 the value was 63.
    Dont know how n why this happen .

    Hi Ansh /AJ..Be very watchful of implied volatility - IV , when trading options, also today being the first day of new cycle, the IV might have been high initially, thats how the option writers making money..its better to avoid buying the first day of cycle unless very sure of the movement of the script..

    Till now what i understood is no one can predict about the market.I was watchng news everyday ,people appearing on TV with lots of experience all were wrong in predicting.
    My view :Try to predict the flow, enter it and make a certain percentage profit and come out and forget what happens to flow after that.
