hi ansh ,
Even i saw d same thing . When nifty was at 6330 ...nifty 6200 pe was around 75 and near it closing when nifty was 6300 the value was 63.
Dont know how n why this happen .

Hi Ansh /AJ..Be very watchful of implied volatility - IV , when trading options, also today being the first day of new cycle, the IV might have been high initially, thats how the option writers making money..its better to avoid buying the first day of cycle unless very sure of the movement of the script..

Thanks for the reply.I am investing only in nifty options for a long time.Getting loss every day. No profit earned so far.
As kartik said its very difficult to predict the future value of options, is there any way to understand traders perception in a particular nifty options? Pls tell me about implied volatility and some techniques to make profit in options..I really appreciate your valuable help.

Hi Sanket, hold it with a SL at 164 for a target of upto 180 in a weeks time

Hi ansh, you can try tracking technicals, they shall help you predict trends, its mainly the support and resitance levels of Nifty that matter
