Yes Sai, Lot of talk going on for Banking stocks. Today's recovery on Nifty from 7660 levels to 7700 levels also because of strong bounce of BANK NIFTY.
1) Aug 5 - RBI Meet
2) Foir SBI - Lot of talk about SB# mergers with SBI. That will make SBI much stronger and even good for those small banks like (State bank of patiala, state bank of bikaneer etc)
3) Last Quarter, on spectacular earnings SBI surged beyond NSEGuide's expectation and sit above 2800 levels. Have to wait and see where will it sit in August series.

BANK NIFTY hits intra-da targets of 15365 levels already. Enter SBIN CALL if it stays above that levels for some time with volumes. Notice that premiums are high at the start of the month.

Don't see any other news rather than Q1 results last week.
Yes. Book profits in 80% of the shares you hold for now. and hold the rest of the 20% shares by keeping stoploss @ 263 levels.
Also check with C B Sir, to his views on cement sector going forward.
Last week, in Southern states, Cement companies came to an agreement to decrease the sudden rise of cement bags in talk with the builders. That would increase the sales of branded cement comapnies. southern states builders hold purchasing hte cement bags for almost 15 days to 30 days time due to price rise.
