MUMBAI: Shares of Parabolic Drugs were witnessing intense selling pressure after a flat listing on the exchanges on Thursday.

The scrip was at Rs 66.15, down Rs 8.85 or 11.80 per cent on the NSE. The stock touched a high of Rs 75.95 and low of Rs 65.30 in trade so far. Around 60.81 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far.

On the BSE, the scrip was at Rs 66.20 down Rs 8.80 or 11.80 per cent. It touched a high of Rs 79 and low of Rs 65.30 on volume of 45.95 lakh shares.

My ICICI "short" story is very pathetic.

Last Friday June 25 - Good for shorting. Due to computer failure. I missed it.

Monday - Tried to short at high price. Not worked. Price was in reverse direction.

Tuesday - Bought at low price considering the previous day's movement. But Loss.

Wednesday - Shorted at low price. But in the evening ICICI went up. By mistake part of it taken into delivery at 850.

Thursday - Could not do BTST. No intraday. Just watching.

Tomorrow Friday - I have to sell above 860. Let me see.... :(

As predicted yesterday, Nifty slid down and took support at 5240 levels

Nifty Outlook for 2/7/2010:

Resistances: 5275, 5305, 5365 levels
Supports @ 5240, 5200, 5125 levels

1. If Nifty faces resistance at 5275 / 5305 levels we may see some more downside in near term.
2. If Nifty breaks 5240 support levels, we may see more downside upto 5200, 5125 levels.
3. If Nifty breaks 5305 resistance levels, we may see more upside upto 5365 levels.

PWO Recommendation: Nifty should see limited upside to levels of 5275, 5305. Nifty may surrender its gains later during the day.

Intraday Trading Strategies:
1. If Nifty breaks 5275 resistance levels, Buy Nifty for Target of 5305. SL. 5255
2. If Nifty breaks 5305 resistance levels, Buy Nifty for Target of 5350-5360. SL. 5275

Hi neelimakumar, TISCO is a market mover. If markets remain positive, it can recover. If losses are minimal, I would advice to exit on rise and re-enter at lower levels around 450 on evidence of support and bounce back.
On the higher side, you may even enter if it sustains above 500 levels for targets of 530, 550.

Hi tuff money, Nifty ended the uptrend as per 5-day chart on 24/6 when it failed to close above 5359. Nifty ended the uptrend as per 14-day chart on 30/6 when it failed to close above 5321. Now if NIFTY fails to close above 5280-5285 levels in a day or 2 or closes below 5199, it ends the uptrend as per 30-day chart as well.
