ALL MY TARGET COMPLETED ON SHASUNPHARMA. LONG GENERATED BETWEEN 268-171 TARGET 180-185. THOSE WHO TRACKED THIS CALL HAVE RECEIVED HUGE PROFIT. CALCULATE THE PERCENTAGE OF INCREASED COMPARED TO OTHER LEADING STOCKS.

THOSE WHO TOOK THE CALL REGULARLY ASKING WILL IT REACH THE TARGET. BUT ONCE THE TARGET IS DONE NO BODY REPLIES "THANKS".

    Hi CB, Good Afternoon :)

    Hi dineshknp, GA, Read Ahead.

    The Magic of Stop Loss
When we place a SL order in the exchange, we need to enter a trigger price and limit price. Usually most people enter the same value in both. Say if you place a trigger price and limit price at 100, the moment the price of 100 or below is triggered by the exchange, a limit order is placed for you at the price of 100. If there are sufficient buyers at the price of 100, then your limit order would be executed. However, if there is a sudden slip and the price falls from 102 to 98 in one tick, your SL order is still triggered by the exchange and a limit order is placed at 100. As the price has fallen to 98, there are no buyers at 100 and as such your order remains placed as a limit order at 100.

The SL-Market order provides some benefit in such cases but can be risky. When you place a SL-Market order, you only mention the trigger price. Say, if you place a SL-Market order at 100, the moment the price of 100 or below is triggered, a market order will be placed. So, if there are sufficient buyers at 100, your order is executed at 100. Even if price slips from 102 to 98 in one tick, your order is executed at 98. This can be very risky for illiquid scrips or if your quantity is very high as the moment the order is triggered, you have no control at what price it is sold. Say below 100, the best buyer is at 70, so your order is executed at 70.

The Best practice for using SL
The best practice for placing SL order is to use different prices for the trigger and limit price. Say, if you place a SL order with trigger price at 100 and Limit price at 95, The moment the price of 100 or below is triggered, your order is placed as a limit order at 95. So, if you have buyers at 100, your order is still executed at 100. If the price slip from 102 to 98 in one tick, you order is executed at 98. For illiquid stocks, if there are no buyers at or above 95, your order would be placed as a limit order at 95 even though the best buyer may be at 70. If your quantity is very high, part order will be executed only till the price of 95 and not below that.
