CB, Kartik... This currency pair is not there in NSE as well as MCX-SX. Who is your broker and what Exchange? Are you telling about spot rates?

Hi CB, Thanks a lot. As far as I know, etoro itself is not a broker, but connects its customers to other brokers. Also, it is based in Cyprus. As far as Exchanges in India are concerned, NSE and MCX-SX are the only 2 exchanges at present, who are allowing trading in currency pairs. That too, in USD/INR, JPY/INR, GBP/INR, EUR/INR only. So, all pairing have INR involved. People holding a trading acc with a particular broker in India, can approach the broker and open an acc in any of the above 2 exchanges, providing that particular broker is a member of either NSE (currency derivatives) OR MCX-SX. It would be easier that way, I guess.
If we have to execute a trade in India, (based on your call to buy USD/JPY) we will have to initiate 2 trades
i) Buy USD/INR
and Simultaneously
ii) Sell JPY/INR
Can I request you, to give calls considering INR pairing? This would help people who do not have an acc with a foreign broker. Plz give it a thought :)

Hi CB, Hmmm. Thanks again :) I guess, over time, traders in India will try to shift to foreign brokers... till NSE and MCX-SX allows trading in more currency pairs
Hi eky, Most welcome :)
