DIIs and FIIs continue selling
Of the 15 components of the Instanex FII Index 11 were down and four were up.

At 3 pm, domestic institutional investors and FIIs seem to have increased their sales. The Instanex DII 15 portfolio was down 1.57% (+0.28% at 2 pm) and the Instanex FII Index was down 1.24% at 292.51 (+0.48% at 2 pm). Sensex was down 0.90% (+0.78% at 2 pm) and Nifty was down 0.64% (+0.90% at 2 pm). The other Instanex Ownership Indices were also down – the Instanex Top 15 portfolio was down 1.42% (+0.17% at 2 pm), the Instanex Promoter 15 portfolio was down 1.32% (+0.26% at 2 pm) and the Instanex Retail 15 portfolio was down 1.22% (+0.47% at 2 pm). Asian markets were mixed – Straits Times closed 0.02% higher (-0.02% at 2 pm),SET Composite was down 2.38% (-1.87% at 2 pm) and Jakarta Composite closed 1.01% lower (-0.84% at 2 pm).
Of the 15 components of the Instanex FII Index 11 were down and four were up. The main losers were Sun Pharma (-4.24%; weight 1.58%), HDFC (-3.54%; weight 13.49%) and SBI (-3.17%; weight 3.72%) and the main gainers were Infosys (+3.53%; weight 11.88%) and TCS (+1.52%; weight 2.93%).
