FII net sell at Rs 580cr, DII net buy at Rs 334cr on 2nd March 09

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 580.43 crore (provisional) today, according to data released by BSE.While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 825.22 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,405.65 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 334.13 crore today. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 856.33 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 522.20 crore.

FIIs were net sellers of Rs 270.30 crore on Friday, February 27, according to data released by Sebi today. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,840.90 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 2,111.20 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 276.20 crore on Friday. MFs made purchases of Rs 662.40 crore and sales of Rs 386.20 crore.
