Hi sham, Yes you can enter 1 Lot only.
Quantity is not mandatory its up to your investment.
I give quantity to track my call performance (profit/loss) per day.
Note:
1)Once you enter the order, do place Stop loss and target orders.
2)As you will be trading in 1 Lot, understand that you are trading with risk of losing 500 rupees if stop loss is hit.
