Unity Infraprojects bags Rs 102 crore project
Unity Infraprojects Ltd.; one of India’s largest civil contractors, has bagged a contract worth Rs.102.14 crore from Magarpatta Retail Pvt. Ltd. for civil construction works for a retail mall project coming up at Magarpatta city, near Hadaspur in Pune. The project is to be completed within 9.5 months from date of commencement of work.
“The Magarpatta project will strengthen our already firm foothold in the region and open many more doors in the sphere of urban infrastructure,” said Mr. Kishore Avarsekar, CMD, Unity Infraprojects Limited.
Earlier, Untiy Infratech, in a 50 : 50 joint venture with Pratibha Industries had secured a contract from Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation for a water supply scheme on a BOT basis through a special purpose vehicle with equal equity participation by both companies.
