Axis bank 1350 PE can be entered at 20 or Tata Motors 300 PE would be better at 7 ??

MMTC OFS will not come to market , govt cancelled OFS plan , after this news MMTC up by 6% today , Do you feel that this will go up further? i m looking fresh entry .
also advice , i am holding NF 5900 PE @ 58.
