Hindustan Media IPO issue price Rs 166/share

Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd, a unit of HT Media, has fixed the issue price of Rs 166 a share for its Rs 269 crore initial public offerring (IPO), it said in a newspaper advertisement.Subscriptions to the 16.26-million-share offer closed on July 7, it added.

The publisher of the third biggest Hindi daily in India had received 73.8 million bids, mostly towards the lower end of the price band, and the offering was subscribed 5.34 times.
