May 29, 2008 – The Board has appointed Mr. Sajal Jain, as Vice Chairman & ExecutiveDirector of the Company.

May 28, 2008 – The board of Indo Borax & Chemicals has appointed Sajal Jain as vice chairman & executive director of the company.

May 26, 2008 – Net profit of Indo Borax & Chemicals rose 63.01% to Rs 2.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 1.46 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007. Sales rose 69.89% to Rs 12.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2008 as against Rs 7.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2007.

For the full year, net profit rose 66.04% to Rs 7.92 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 4.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2007. Sales rose 53.23% to Rs 36.76 crore in the year ended March 2008 as against Rs 23.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2007.
