Tech Mahindra signs deal with BTC

Tech Mahindra Limited (TechM), one of the largest solution providers in the telecom space and India’s 6th largest software exporter, today announced a multi-million dollar deal with Botswana Tele-Communications (BTC), a state owned telecommunication company of Botswana, Africa to provide end to end System Integration services for a period of three years, covering Mobile, Internet and Fixed business.

Using TechM’s library of world-class solution frameworks and system integration expertise, the project services will be provided in three phases. Under this agreement, TechM has implemented entire OSS/ BSS stack for BeMobile (BTC’s Greenfield Mobile operations) as phase I. The phase II & III will consist of Converged Solution for Mobile, Internet & Fixed-Telephony.

Botswana Telecommunications Corporation is Botswana’s largest supplier of fixed-line and associated communications services that provide telephony and other products to urban and rural centers across the country.
