Subex Ltd., a leading global provider of Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS), announced on Wednesday that Telekom Slovenije, Slovernia’s primary telecom operator, will be implementing the Revenue Operation’s Center’s (ROC) revenue assurance application using the Moneta V2.6 component of the ROC. This is expected to control and monitor the health of the operator’s entire revenue chain, to ultimately achieve operational efficiency.

TeleKom Slovenije has recently formed a team to manage revenue assurance for its operations and wanted a system that would aid this team on daily operations. They were looking for a solution that would cover the entire revenue chain and could easily adapt to changing technical and business needs.

ROC-Moneta V2.6 will address revenue assurance needs, including usage assurance and subscription assurance, for Telekom Slovenije’s fixed line network. The solution will also address issues across multiple functional areas such as service fulfillment, usage Integrity, retail billing, interconnect/wholesale billing and content settlement.

With this Telokom Slovenije would now run its operations on the Revenue Operations Center – ROC, a strategic platform that will cover revenue assurance and fraud management requirements of the operator.
