HUL announces key appointments
Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) today announced key changes in the Management Committee of the company. Mr Douglas Baillie, currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HUL will be joining the Unilever Executive, taking on the role of President, Western Europe.
Mr Nitin Paranjpe, currently Executive Director, Home & Personal Care, HUL, will be appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. The appointment will be subject to approval of the shareholders in April.
Mr Harish Manwani, Chairman, HUL, said, “The changes reflect our strong commitment towards leadership development and our tradition of leveraging experiences and synergies of talent across markets.
