Domestic institutions net buyers of Rs 300cr on 09-March-2009

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 299.72 crore (provisional) today, according to data released by BSE.While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 680.25 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 380.53 crore.

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 84.94 crore today. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 974.01 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,058.95 crore.

FIIs were net sellers of Rs 1.60 crore on Friday, March 6, according to data released by Sebi today. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,814.70 crore, gross sales totalled Rs 1,816.20 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of Rs 129.30 crore on Friday. MFs made purchases of Rs 393.50 crore and sales of Rs 264.30 crore.
